Staff Auditor (100% Remote)

Technical Competence and Efficiency

Performs audit procedures on assigned detailed work programs in accordance with required fieldwork, documentation standards, applicable statutes and/or regulations, and Firm methodology.
Understands internal controls, financial reporting process, accounting and auditing issues and able to perform basic research through the use of internet and other authoritative literature.
Able to identify issues and document possible findings.
Prepares a complete set of working papers that clearly communicates, in an organized and logical manner, the work performed and the results, and in accordance with applicable professional standards, regulatory requirements, and the Firm’s quality standards.
Draft reports using templates applicable to the engagement.
Timely completion and submission of assigned tasks.
Proficient in using standard software like Word, Excel and Adobe to perform and document work in assigned areas.
Resourceful in obtaining information and developing alternative approaches to ensure completion of assigned tasks.

Communication

Maintains a strong client focus by effectively serving client needs and developing productive working relationships with client personnel.
Regularly updates the audit senior and/or manager on the progress of assigned tasks and promptly bring to their attention matters that may have an impact on the audit.

Team Player

Displays teamwork, integrity and leadership.
Provides guidance and contribute ideas to other team members and value others’ contributions.

Professionalism

Demonstrates maturity, poise, and confidence in dealing with the client personnel.
Able to represent the Firm professionally.

Self-Development

Attends various trainings to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
Demonstrates interest in pursuing further learning for professional development (completion of CPA Board Exam or other certifications).
Utilizes technology and tools to continually learn and innovate, share knowledge with team members and enhance service delivery.
Stay abreast of current business and economic developments relevant to the client’s business.

Flexibility

Performs other audit related and administrative work as may be directed by the partners, manager and/or senior.
Can work effectively under time pressure.

Minimum Requirements

BA or BS in Accounting or related field (0-1 year experience)

Salary Offer

20000 PHP to 25000 PHP
